HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR HAIR

Whats up guys its Manish Bansal from everydaystylesbook and today we are gonna talk about how to protect that lucious healthy hair of yours so lets hop in to it

  • First things first you need to oil your hair regularly something like castor oil or coconut oil contains essential fatty acids like omega 3 and omega 9 that promotes healthy hair more over you should also oil your hair while going to the pools as the pool water contains chlorine that will ruin your hair and something like coconut oil will act as a protective layer for your hair and protects it from getting damaged by that harmful chlorine water but don’t over do it 3 times a week is enough i oil my hair the night before i shampoo my hair so that the oil do its work overnight and the next day shampoo remove the extra oils

 

  • Second you should not shampoo your hair daily if you are the person who shampoos your hair almost everyday then my buddy you need to slow down now i know a lot of you will be saying that it makes your hair dry and unmanageable you know why that happen coz u shampoo daily and doesn’t allow the natural oils to repair your hair as shampoo removes all that essential natural oils and that cause split ends which makes your hair unmanageable do not shampoo for more than thrice a week i shampoo every alternate day after putting coconut oil in it And also don’t use anti dandruff shampoo every time even if you have dandruff problems cause it contains high amounts of SLS(SODIUM LAUREATE SULFATE) which will again dry up your scalp use a mild shampoo and once in  a week you can use an anti dandruff shampoo

  • Third thing you should do is to use a conditioner now you are shampooing that removes all the oils and makes your scalp dry and now you need to nourish the hairs again for making it healthy that where comes the work of conditioners and hair cremes but do not overdo with the conditioners because if u overdo it it can make ur scalp oily and not let your scalp breathe  twice a week its enough now you must be thinking whether you should condition your hair after shampooing no its completely your choice let me tell you what i do i condition the day after i shampooed my hair coz i want the hair to make up natural oils and after that the next when the natural oils did its work then i apply conditioner so that i makes my hair look shiny and nourish it

  • Fourth thing you can do is to visit the saloon regularly now it doesn’t had anything with the health of your hair its about how your hair look coz at the end we are doing so much to make it look better even as small as a cleaning up your sides and cut down that split ends will make your hair look good you should visit a saloon once in every 3-4 weeks

 

  • Fifth thing you can do is to let your hair breathe by this i mean dont apply hair products everyday as it dry up ur hair and make them fall

 

 

  • Sixth thing is the most simple but very effective you should massage your scalp you can use your fingers move your fingers in to your scalp in circular motions what this will do is it increases the blood circulation in your scalp and ultimately makes your hair healthy and if you are the guy whose hairs are think and didn’t get styled easily for you this tip is a holy grail
    But make sure your finger touches your scalp while massaging

  • Wash your hair every night with water now i dont know put a reminder of this tip or write it down somewhere but u should wash your hair every night before sleeping not with shampoo but just with water what it will do is it will make you hair more managable the next morning and the process of styling ur hair becomes easier

  • And if you want to take your hair care game a notch higher you can apply a hair mask once a week it repairs your damaged and dry hair help them game thicker and make your hair more healthy
